WHERE AND WHEN:
Tacoma Health Department located at 3629 South D Street, Tacoma, WA., on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before start time to get signed in and fill out paperwork. NO LATE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED.
Be sure to bring picture ID and a Court Document that identifies the name of the court and your court or cause number. We notify the appropriate court of your attendance and completion of the DUI Victims Panel.
FEES:
- $50 Pre registered $60 Non Registered (Non registered participants are not guaranteed entrance).
- $40 Under age 18 accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Participation is limited to 50 persons. Because of our limited seating, guests over the age of 13 are allowed only if space is available.
